The book

The rules of the LNG market are unwritten. This book writes them down.

Cargoes worth fifty million dollars trade on phone calls between people who all learned the rules the same way: by sitting next to someone who already knew. Cold Gas, Hot Deals is an insider's guide to the billion-dollar world of LNG trading, written for the person standing outside the door.

Who it is for

Written for the person the industry never explains itself to

The banker financing her first import terminal. The government advisor flying to Qatar next month. The lawyer handed a ninety-page SPA on a Tuesday with a Thursday deadline. The funded entrepreneur who can see the opportunity but cannot find the door in. And the people already inside, who would rather hand over a book than a napkin diagram.
